Exponent | Webinar Program Launch

Problem: Exponent had no webinar program, a format the firm needed to reach consultants and clients at scale without the cost and logistics of in-person events.

Approach: Partnered with a senior events specialist to build the program from the ground up. Scheduled and ran rehearsals, built run-of-show documentation for every session, and organized presenter intro scripts so each webinar opened consistently and on message. On the day, managed live show operations, handling incoming audience Q&A and routing questions to consultants to decide whether and how to respond in real time.

Outcome: Stood up a new webinar format for the firm end-to-end, from rehearsal process through live broadcast, giving Exponent a repeatable, lower-cost channel for consultant and client engagement alongside its in-person event program.
