Webinar Coordination

I worked with Senior Event Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of webinars, coordinating weekly with consultants to keep them on track, planning rehearsals, and finalizing the presentation deck ahead of time. I created the moderator script, drafted speaker bios, and managed live Q&A to ensure a smooth experience. Additionally, I worked with the social and graphic teams to align promotional materials and email invites with our timeline, driving attendance and engagement.
